I visited this newly opened Bikanervala at M3M Urbana for Lunch with Family last week.
We ordered Masala Dosa, Amritsari Kulcha with Dal Makhani & Kadhi Rice.
Kulcha was served with Thandi Dal Makhni, Onion was smelling as if kept since Mng.
Dosa was very OK and we insisted to make it Soft as it was our kid, which wasn't soft at all.
There was nothing wrong to do in Kadhi Rice, so they couldn't mess it.
Service was very poor, i requested for Tissues every time they came with 2 tissues, it wasn't on table nor at Food Pickup counter.
Boy sitting at Billing/ Order Counter was busy in Playing Games on Mobile.
No body was bothered is customer is seeking some help or some assistance.
Worst Experience with Bikanervala's so far.
Today again i went to buy Kesar Peda, and specifically told to give me 1.25Kgs Kesar peda for Prasad. first he said i dont have that much, then i saw Kesar Barfi too, i requested if together it can be 1.25Kg, he made it 1.10Kg and started packing it.
i said pls cancel and started searching online if any other branch was showing in stock and i found also but order came to this Poor branch, they immediately accepted the order without even checking if they have stock, after confirmation i noticed that it came to same branch, i went to the Billing counter to check if he has accepted the order, as last time he was Busy with Mobile game and without listening said i didnt do, we didnt get order then i asked where is the online order counter, when i went there, he had no idea that they dont have stock and i asked rhem to cancel it and left back home, after reaching home i realised that order has not been cancelled. i started calling Number showing on Order, no one picked up even after calling many times and call was being Cut by someone, after several tries someone picked up and when i asked, they said we will do it now..
Is this what we shall expect from Brand New Branch of prestigious chain...

From the moment you walk in, Bikanervala impresses with its bright and colorful decor, creating an inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for family gatherings or casual meals with friends. The aroma of spices greets you at the door, promising a flavorful adventure ahead.
The menu at Bikanervala is extensive, featuring a variety of chaats, curries, and sweets that cater to all taste buds. I started with the Dahi Puri, which was a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors, with crisp puris filled with yogurt, chutneys, and a mix of potatoes and chickpeas. For the main course, I opted for the Paneer Butter Masala, which was creamy and rich, paired beautifully with fresh, fluffy naan.
The highlight of Bikanervala is undoubtedly its sweets section. The Ras Malai was exceptionally good, with soft and spongy rasgullas soaked in sweet, creamy milk, garnished with pistachios and saffron. It’s a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth.
The service at Bikanervala is friendly and efficient, with staff who are more than happy to guide you through the menu and offer recommendations. The prices are reasonable, making it a great choice for a delicious yet affordable dining experience.
The only downside is the seating arrangement, which can get quite crowded during peak hours, leading to a somewhat noisy environment. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall quality of the food and service.
Overall, Bikanervala is a fantastic destination for anyone looking to savor authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine. It’s a place where tradition meets taste, and every meal is a...
Read moreWe were starving after a game of badminton and decided to have a good brunch. Despite being so hungry, it was really challenging to eat the stuff we ordered. To start with, we ordered gol gappe which comes in a packaging with water, and chole aaloo served on sides. There were two flavour of waters with terrible after taste. The gol gappe were, although packed but, must probably very old because it was really difficult to break it evenly and had lost its crisp. The aaloo chole masala was very cold. To overcome this we ordered aaloo chaat and kachori chaat. Both were, again, terrible with only some liquid masala gravy types poured on cold and stale samosa and kachori. As we entered here starving, that's why we had already ordered a lot of stuff which was definitely not a right choice and the regrets were soon realised. The only thing i liked here was malai roll sweet. This outlet is very costly and with that quality it is even worse. Their was only self service option. Typical example of unchi dukaan...
