Whenever you think of desi Indian food with all chatpata swaad and item which is quite familiar to your taste then first thing which comes to your mind is one and only CHOLEY-BHATURE.

Brand – This time this local street food has been presented as a brand by BEEJI DE CHOLEY BHATURE. BEEJI is a Punjabi word which is generally used either for Mother or mostly for Grandmother. So, they have already used simple and attractive platform to give us a popular brand.

History – It has been recently started in a quick service restaurant segment with mainly focusing on CHOLEY BHATUREY with few additional items.

Location –It is located at Omaxe Gurugram Mall on Sohna Road.

Ambience – Since I had taste via delivered food so cannot comment about their ambience.

Food from Menu – They serve various varieties of Choley Bhature with few drink and only desert as Multani Halwa . I was surprised to see that they also have Chinese choley bhature on their menu. First time I saw this experiment.

Hygienic – Yes, they serve 100% hygienic food.

Staff and service – Food was delivered as per the committed time so no issue about their service.

People Response and crowd – They have already gained popularity within a short span of time so best wishes for Indian brand .

Taste – Moderately spicy and achari taste the one which I was missing since Navratrey festive. Multani halwa and lassi also added flavor to desi taste.

Price – Prices are moderate and within your pocket.

Its a good tiny place located on ground floor. . . We ordered paneer chole bhature and were served in around 10 minutes. The shop is quite clean and is decorated with pictures of cartoon beeji that is quite beautiful .

Talking about food , the food was delicious and had very little oil in it.

Line soda was also quite good but it wasn't that fresh, the place is full of orders from zomato SWIGGy etc and the staff is also good. I hope they maintain hygiene and food quality like this in future.
