Bakers oven-Boulangerie & cafe — Restaurant in Gurugram District

This branch has no idea about cuisines . Arabic chicken roll and a road side roll has no difference. Arabic roll will have mexican and Continental sauces and when we asked them to replace with non spicy version, inspite of clear instructions we still got the Arabic roll full of Chipottle. I told them very clearly to remove Capsicum and spicy sauces as my child doesn't eat spicy food, inspite of that they still got chipottle and Capsicum in the replacement too. We gave up and asked them to get an omellete. we still paid for the roll which we dint have. And on bill settlement they gave that returned item which we ended up feeding the dogs. Absolutely ZERO authenticity. We also ordered pesto chicken pocket which had 1/4rth chicken and 3/4rth undercooked Green Capsicum. They had only Capsicum in name of veggie in their kitchen . All three dishes inspite of cuisine had only chicken , loads of capcicum n lil onion .. Teriyaki Chicken bowl was Average with chinese style gravy and ofcouse Capsicum n chicken. My daughter bought giant ballon which when we opened later at home was damaged . Lost 120 there too. Overall pathetic experience. I will never visit there( Fyi this was my 3rd visit, something has changed and led to this pathetic customer service and food). But definitely not going to thos branch again and will not recommend to anyone. The waiter in the black shirt was not trained as per hospitality business.

We reached there abt 2115 and they never told us that kitchen will close at 2200. As a basic courtesy the staff should inform so that we can give our last order. We wanted to have a dessert as the food was spicy and later at 2205 they told us very coldly that kitchen is closed. We just enquired about waffle 10 to 15 min back and still the waiter dint tell us that kitchen will close.

Felt like they dint want to work/ serve, wanted to close the kitchen and go home.

This is not how you run...

Warm bright and cosy...Good place to go to for pastries , cakes and to satiate some small hunger pangs.

Bakery items are scrumptious. Had ordered chocolate truffle pastry , thin crust pizza and cold coffee with ice cream.. Loved it... The service is also exemplary. I was a part of a huge group(children and not so small children) which was taking a lot of time in deciding the order but the staff was very indulgent and patient.

Yummy bakery served with a smile in a cosy ambience...Highly...

I visited this place on weekend, located in M3M Urbana , a new shopping place in town.

This Baker's oven has a fully operational restaurant serving delicious snacks and food.

We tried there pizza and garlic bread and would say better then pizza hut in same vicinity.

Must try there Choco chip pastry as well. Located far from busy street of Gurgaon.

Recommendation- Try visit the place before 7pm as the road is completely dark and silent after 7pm due to less...
