I am writing again from my other Google account as I am not able to comment / edit on my previous comment I gave on 10th August about smelly, bad / rotten chicken order Kfc responded quickly on Google, as it is publicly on display, however it has been 3 days now and they are not responding on their so called feedback email that they shared. I had shared all details over email, requested for refund as none of the order was in a state to eat. I have been patiently waiting for their callback, instead I get an email that ticket closed. Have dropped multiple emails requesting to reopen and connect, but of no use.. It seems KFC has degraded in almost all verticals including customer resolution.
AND NO I AM NOT GOING TO WRITE AGAIN TO YOUR GOOD FOR NOTHING EMAIL. YOU NEED TO CALLBACK.

1.EXTREMLY RUDE and unwelcoming staff. Recently I visited this outlet with a friend and my friend has a scar on his neck.
2.SHAMELESS STAFF AND BADLY BEHAVED.
3.These guys are so rude and shameless that it was obvious for my friend to see that they passed some snide remarks about his appearance. No shame.
4.This happened at about 1030PM and the manager was there at the outlet. On a weekday! Even worse. 5.They also missed our order and gave us an incomplete order.

They also treat delivery orders with disinterest. I recently ordered via Swiggy and they kept the delivery executive waiting for nearly FORTY minutes while the staff were chatting and wasting time. I also called the outlet and they were rude. Worse they didn't send the major part of the order. Swiggy refunded me the amount for items missing, but despite complaining to KFC on their website there is no action. Clearly KFC is a sham and their customer service is just for show.
