I recently visited Brewocrat in search of a beer cafe with light music, based on a friend's recommendation. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. The cafe was buzzing with energy, but not in a way that suited our preferences.
Ambiance and Noise Level: Upon arriving, we were greeted by the sound of live music, which turned out to be a live performance that was excessively loud. What caught us off guard was the fact that speakers were fixed at every table, leaving no escape from the overpowering volume. Despite requesting the staff multiple times to lower the volume at our table, we were informed that it wasn't possible due to the ongoing performance. It was frustrating to learn that the live music would continue until 11.30 PM, after which a DJ session started, further adding to the noise. For those seeking a more relaxed atmosphere to enjoy conversations with friends, this setup proved to be a major deterrent.
Music Quality: Adding to our disappointment, the sound quality of the speakers was subpar. The music was distorted and unclear, making it difficult to enjoy the live performance or the DJ session, which we expected to be a highlight of the evening.
Food and Pricing: While the ambiance left much to be desired, we must commend Brewocrat on the quality of their food. The menu offered a delightful range of dishes, and the taste was impeccable. The pricing of the liquor was reasonable, comparable to other cafes in Gurgaon, making it an attractive option for those who enjoy partying and North Indian songs.
Target Audience: It is evident that Brewocrat caters to a specific audience—enthusiastic party-goers who revel in loud music and high-energy performances. Unfortunately, this atmosphere did not align with our preferences, leaving us feeling out of place and unable to enjoy our time at the cafe.
Customer Service: Although the staff was polite, their inability to address our request to lower the speaker volume was disheartening. It would be reasonable to expect a level of flexibility to accommodate guests' preferences, especially when it comes to something as basic as volume control.
Conclusion: In conclusion, if you are a true party animal who enjoys the lively beats of North Indian music, Brewocrat might be a suitable option for you. However, if you seek a more relaxed ambiance with light music for pleasant conversations, this may not be the right place. We believe that the cafe should consider providing more options for guests who wish to have a quieter dining experience and, if possible, allow the option to turn off specific speakers upon guest request. Until then, we'll have to look elsewhere for our ideal beer cafe with the right blend of music...

Visited them recently and as soon as I entered this place the first thing that caught my attention was the space and interior of both indoor and outdoor seating. All Covid related safety measures were taken. The seating arrangements were very comfortable and cozy and the service was really good. FYI- this place looks really beautiful in night.
Now moving on to the food. We ordered: Zarda Murgh Tikka Orignal Chicken Dimsum Gentian White Lady (cocktail) And other dishes.
Honestly speaking the taste of each and every dishes we tried was really flavorful and sumptuous. Specially if you are a non vegetarian, “Zarda Chicken Tikka” is a must try. Each chicken chunks were really tender and juicy.
The staffs were very courteous and patient waited for us to order the best 😊 The vibe of this place hits you differently during daytime/early evening and late evening.
