It was my first time trying “Chai point” outlet. I’m not a chai or coffee lover so I went for brunch option. Food :- 1. Veg Maska bun - Recommended by their staff. They claimed it to be freshly made and looked like a healthy option. Taste was good although a bit on spicy side. They provide 2 sauces - green and regular tomato ketchup. I’m a ketch up lover so asked for additional sauce packets. They staff gladly provided it. 2. Maggi - I asked for a plain maggi and since I enjoy it a bit slightly overcooked. The staff customised it accordingly. However, I felt they could add a bit of salt or some seasonings which would enhance the taste. I asked for salt but the outlet doesn’t provide seasonings. 3. Veg Puff - The filling was good but the puff was dry. I felt as if it wasn’t fresh. However, it is a tummy filling option. Will go good with chai. 4. Drinks - No drinks ordered. As I felt my office is nearby I can get tea or coffee anytime for free. Infrastructure:- The seatings are good and cozy. The atmosphere is also lovely. As it is a small outlet seatings are limited inside. Staff:- Staff is polite and humble. They customised my order as asked. Happy with it. Others:- It is a self serving outlet. You can order and collect your items from counter. There’s hardly any rush. They also display their items in counter for easy order. Pricing :- Pricing is expensive. I wasn’t expecting the bill of a veg puff and Maggi to be around 350 INR. I can get both the items in maximum around 100 INR on any other budget friendly place. I feel we pay for the brand name and not the food. Assuming I paid 350 for a brunch. What about my lunch and dinner ? This place is not for a common employee earning hard to get by but just for a fancy one time experience.

we had gone after dinner for some tea and it is a self service place ! This review is based on just tea and the three is given because their seating outside can be improved! The stand nearly trips you! Place is also small but i feel its a good place to snack in

Just had a cup of chai from Chai Point — and honestly, it was absolutely amazing! Perfect kadak taste, great aroma, and totally refreshing. If you’re a chai lover, this place won’t disappoint. Highly recommended!

Most ridiculous service ever experienced till date. It says very clearly written in their door operation timing 7:00am to 11:00pm but they made us wait until 9:00am saying we start from 09:00 am. The staffs don’t have any restaurant etiquette, they were having their breakfast sitting at guest tables and making us wait there. We asked if egg paratha can be possible, as they were doing some promotions about it. At first the order taker (northeast boy) said yes and later another server (lady) after taking the order and making us wait for 20min she said it’s not in their inventory. We opt for chicken sandwich for which they took another 30min just to heat and serve but guess what? They gave us wrong order, it was paneer sandwich. When I formed the lady at court about it she is insisting to call paneer as chicken 😂😂 from what experience she was saying that with so much of confidence. Later after seeing it by herself she started to blame her colleagues for it and they both were arguing amongst each other ignoring the customer’s presence or any service recovery.

However I feel it’s useless to write this much here bcz I know nobody is going to take any action for this or any revert for...

Pathetic service and extremely disappointing experience. The staff showed no interest in serving and lacked basic professionalism. The outlet was advertised to be operational from 7 AM, but the staff informed us that it opens after 9 AM. To make things worse, most items on the menu were out of stock.we specifically asked if egg paratha was available, and the staff confirmed it was, requesting us to wait 10 minutes. After waiting, they informed us it was not in stock. We then ordered a chicken sandwich, but they served a paneer sandwich instead! The lack of organization, false promises, and wrong orders make it clear that the staff and management need serious improvement. Definitely not...
