Worst Experience Ever at Domino’s (Elan Outlet) Absolutely disappointed with this outlet. The staff here is completely unprofessional, rude, and clueless about customer service. The moment I walked in, the vibe was off — no courtesy, no willingness to help, just plain ignorance.

The worst part? A person named Shaukeen (claimed to be the manager) — honestly, it’s a shame for a brand like Domino’s to have someone like him represent the store. His tone, behavior, and overall way of handling customers was downright pathetic. Zero sense of responsibility or respect.

If this is how Domino’s is training or hiring their so-called managers, it really reflects poorly on the brand. Never visiting this outlet again — and wouldn’t recommend it to...

The staff misbehave with me I ordered something they did not give me bill and after so many many followups they gave me my order and after giving me order they said you are not allowed to sir here and misbehaved with me. And yes after 30 minutes the staff with name sony called me your payment failed kindly make payment again. I said my payment was successful but she said no no your payment not completed. I asked for screenshot she send me 317 something the payment was failed but my bill amount is different. This type of behaviour quality of food will not work kndly close this outlet of dominos. Also the machines are not working. Pathetic...
