WORST EXPERIENCE and MISBEHAVIOUR Of DOMINOS’ PEOPLE..At 2:14 pm, I had placed an order with a name of Nidhi Singhla in dominos ( 2 veg loaded and 1 capsicum) but we dint recieved the order in 30 minutes, but we called the dominos after one hour and the call was received by a girl in dominos, and she said your order is coming in 10 minutes then I said as per the policy of dominos the order should be come within 30 minutes other it will get free, the lady put the phone in anger. I again called the dominos then the call received by a man he said the delivery boy got injured and your order is again in making and we’ll give ur order in half payment. Then we waited for half an and still dint recieved any call from dominos side. Then again i called them and the call was received by Rahul Adhikari of dominos he said your order is cancelled because ur number was unreachable. How lame they guys are. We have placed our order at lunch time and waited for atleat 2 hours. Can you imagine who much we were hungry and suffered. I really want dominos to take a strict action against them for their careless behaviour. We dint get the order as they said we will make a new one again. Shameless these people are taking customer very casually and dont have brain. Wasn’t expected this from dominos as dominos is my all time favourite but You really broke our heart as we were sufferer in...

I recently visited Domino's in Sector 18, Gurugram, and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived and placed my order, the employee informed me that A.C. was not working and suggested I go upstairs. However, when I went upstairs, a lady who was cleaning the floor at around 7 PM asked me to go back downstairs.I ended up going back downstairs, but there was no place to sit, and the AC was still not functioning. When I complained about the situation, the employee who took my order rudely responded that if I had an issue, I didn't need to order pizza.This was very frustrating, and I complaint to customer care they said wait for 2 days for call back. Very pathetic female staff at Dominos pizza sector 14. I went to the store at 12 o' clock. I went to the order desk but nobody responded, after 5 to 10 min the lady came to the order desk but it looked like she was busy with her work. I politely asked her to take my order but she refused and utterly replied "order online place kardo". The fact is that she doesn't want to take the order. I sit down there for 10 mins. One group of 5-6 people came there and that lady placed their order. Then I asked her "why didn't you take my order earlier ? She said that the time system was not working. "

since She already wasted my 20 mins and very rude, arrogant behaviour of that lady. I left the store without having anything.

The lady was tall. No name badge was attached on her T shirt.
