I had a very disappointing experience at your Domino’s outlet located on the ground floor food court of Millennium City Centre. I have always preferred Domino’s for quality and service, but this visit changed my perception.
The table was dirty, and no staff attended to clean it. I had to bring tissues and clean it myself.
I ordered Stuffed Garlic Bread and requested a cold drink in a PET bottle, but was told it is only available for takeaway—not for dine-in. I was offered a fountain drink instead, which I declined. Despite insisting, the staff denied the request, which is unfair and illogical.
I ended up purchasing the fountain drink, but the taste was not satisfactory, and the Garlic Bread was below average—not fresh and lacked flavor.
What’s worse is the staff’s behaviour—they were unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. The outlet felt unhygienic and poorly managed, which is unacceptable for a reputed brand like Domino’s.
I also noticed similar complaints on your review pages, yet it seems no action has been taken. As a loyal customer, this kind of service makes me consider avoiding Domino’s in the future.
Please look into this outlet's management, hygiene, and staff training. Customer experience matters, and ignoring such feedback will only affect brand...
Read moredo not order on delivery placed order through zomato , horrible service, ordered a pizza, taco and chocolava...pizza had no with toppings as ordered. when spoke to mayank who is the manager at huda city.. he said the pizza is as it should be (spiced double chicken and blamed zomato for not sending additional toppings details of capsicum and onion. The taco was raw as seen in image and the chocolava tasted bad too...the manager did not consider it even as complaint and kept forcing me to accept another order from them which i denied. he denied refund and said you have to compulsorily accept an exchange only if u dont like it, they would raise a query for refund...that will not come into your account but will go to my wallet. I need a refund to my source account and i do not want to consume dominos anymore! New ways of cheating by dominos! they think consumers are idiots. Resolve my issue ASAP, call recording with your representative can be shared on request!
p.s i have faced similar issues with this franchisee previously too, they've missed sending an item in the order atleast 3 times previously and atleast 3 times i have received a pathetic quality pizza.
