Delicious, beautiful cakes and exceptional customer service!!

This year on my husband’s birthday because of covid there wasn’t much options available to celebrate so wanted amazing cakes to make the occasion special and hence was looking for a good bakery in gurgaon and came across Gurgaon Bakers on google and thought to give it a try. Ordered two cakes, chocolate truffle cake and fruit bowl cake. To keep their promise of on time delivery to my amazement the lady itself came to deliver as there was some delay with the delivery person. We were all super impressed by her gesture. And when we ate the cake, believe me everyone in the family said they haven’t eaten a better chocolate truffle cake than it!! Both the cakes were so so amazingly fresh and tasting heavenly.

That day i knew my search for the best bakery in Gurgaon after 4 years is over!!

Post that ordered a beautiful looking pineapple cake for my mil’s bday and it tasted amazing as well.

For monthly bday celebration of my newborn son reached out on whatsapp for a custom cake requirement, the way our queries were cleared and we were guided to order the perfect cake was commendable. Even though we were late to reach out but we got quick response each time and on very short notices we have been served with the best looking and best tasting cakes!! That’s the reason i am stressing on their exceptional customer service!!

Have tried butterscotch, seasonal fruits flavoured cakes and now we look forward every month to celebrate our little ones journey to his first birthday and unravel new flavours in the best looking cakes from Gurgaon Bakers..

Being new to the bakery world of Gurgaon, and with less than a day left for my son's birthday, the clock was ticking fast and I had no clue where to get a freshly baked good quality cake, which is delicious, healthy and safe for children. Turned to Google and was confused with mixed reviews of some bakeries. With luck, I stumbled upon the site of Gurgaon Bakers and based on what experienced people had to write, I decided to call up. Right from the moment I spoke to Mitali Ma'am of Gurgaon Bakers, I had a feeling that I have come to the right place. She assured me the chocolate eggless cake would be delivered well before time. The next day as we were getting ready for the birthday party, voila the cake arrived well ahead of time ( actually 2 hrs before the party) ...... Huge sigh of relief! I must admit that I was delighted and super impressed with the punctuality, professionalism and customer service demonstrated by their entire team including the delivery boy - Rohit. Thank you so much! My son, wife and all the children loved the eggless cake; it was yummy, fresh and delicious, and as suggested by Ma'am, the 2 kg cake size was simply perfect for the occasion. I had never imagined everything to go so smoothly despite placing a last-minute order. I ordered a custom cake from here. It was at a very short notice (just 1 day before the event). I choose Cod since I was ordering for the first time. There was a lot of edginess about the delivery and quality of the cake.

So when I got not calls till 10:30 in the night (I choose the night slot), I thought that I will need to order from another place. Right at that time, the doorbell rang and I learnt that the person is here with the cake I ordered. No calls no messages no lost way or followup. Simple delivery. I was impressed. I was accustomed to a different style of delivery but this was a welcome change for me.

When I saw the design, I was blown away again. It was precise to the T. I was so excited to see the cake come out exactly how it was shown in the picture. It was stored well during travel so nothing happened to the design - unlike a lot of other places.

When I cut the cake the next day, it was still soft - even though I put it in the fridge. I choose a Black forest cake and it was so delicious. I don't remember the last time I tasted the cake so delicious. The sweetness was relatively less but that worked well for me since we all prefer less sweetened things.

Overall, my new favorite for ordering cakes. I will definitely give this pla e a 5 rating every time they provide the same experience for me. A definite on all aspects - price, quality, taste, design...
