Caterspoint | Gurgaon Sector 50 — Restaurant in Gurugram District

The healthy food you see on this fancy menu is just a trap. They are using expired ingredients and selling stale food.

I ordered hummus rice bowl and macroni. Both these items smelled bad. When I reported this to the restaurant, they did not accept that their ingredients are substandard or expired. I had to go to the kitchen and have the chef taste the food. The staff then accepted that the food had gone bad.

They promised to deliver the order again on any other day I wanted. But all this was just their strategy to elude issuing refund.

I ordered again after two days, they noted the order but never prepared it. They stopped answering my calls. So...

I have ordered from Caterspoint through Zomato more than 20-25 times during 2023. Sometimes from the DLF Phase 3 outlet and in more recent times from the Sec 51 outlet. Always found the food great - we typically order Brown Poha, Pasta, Lebanese combo with Fattoush and hummus, Vegetable & Fruit Salads). Food quality has always been great though at times food has been delivered upto 20...

I had ordered 2 custards from Caterspoint which costed me a bomb- INR 700/- AND BOTH CUSTARDS were STALE. Restaurant is not taking any responsibility of delivering stale food. Extremely unprofessional, rude, ridiculous staff or management. Will never order from them. This is not how food business grows Caterspoint! You guys...
