Worst service the food is ok but the staff's behaviour is just below average. Initially I was big fan recommend this place to many of my friends and family members. Ordered more then 30 times from here. Now there service quality decreased suddenly from last 3, 4 times and they are really not bothered about it. My last order was 1 & half hour late the on the name of stir fried vegetables they have sent the over broiled vegitables and was too damn salty that when I have raised that the representative said I'll raise your concern with the cooking team but no response received. My today's order which is on 19th December 2023 is half an hour late and the restaurant person claimed it was already dispatched. Highly dissatisfied will not at order from this place...

Worst worst experience with hongs kitchen sector 31 gurugram i ordered my order on 31st july 6:37 pm on swiggy my order got delayed i followed up my order with manager he gave me silly reasons that its raining which was not i know his useless reasons what he said then i received my order at 8pm there was a delay of 1hour 30 mins approx, my order was completlely COLD, was not fresh at all .Earlier it was showing that my order is reaching in 20mins when i ordered. Last night I ordered food from this outlet through swiggy. These people made me wait for more than 1hr and 45 mins for the order and then later cancelled it. After waiting for 1 hr and 15 mins delivery partner Abhishek called and said order chaiye kya then I said yes thats why I ordered, he angrily said something and disconnected the call and didnt deliever the order. After so much of back and forth with swiggy I got my refund after 2 hrs. These guys have thier own rude delivery partners who do this to thier customers.
