Karim's Sushant Lok - Original From Delhi 6 — Restaurant in Gurugram District

The Sushant Lok Karin’s felt like authentically closest to Jama Masjid experiences. Their signature Mutton Burra turned out soft yet crunchy and more like the original though the Chops were less fleshy than usual! But surely better than the Kebab Factory Patk Plaza or most other experiences in Gurgaon. Khameri Rotis are great and Mutton Stew really nice after a long time though once again this is better than most other experiences but yet not the usual look feel taste at Jama Masjid. Biriyani i personally wouldn’t go back there for because my expectations are prejudiced from my frequent Calcutta biriyani experiences. But once again much but better than the usual ones that most other places serve.

The servers are very sweet polite attentive and extremely alert as well as prompt with their service. Our server Munna is a very friendly person and interestingly was very thorough with all of the offerings on the menu. The other servers were also very sweet and was just standing by for their customers requests.

Overall a lovely experience especially for a Durga Puja Saptami lunch...

Absolutely Disappointed – Not Recommended at All

Visited Karim’s today for dine-in, and I must say it was a completely disappointing experience. The food quality was pathetic – nowhere close to the original taste Karim’s is known for. Everything from starters to mains lacked freshness and flavor.

To make matters worse, the serving staff was rude, inattentive, and completely disinterested in customer service. Ambience was dull, unhygienic, and didn’t feel welcoming at all. Honestly, it felt like they’re just banking on the brand name with zero attention to quality or hospitality.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely awesome—full of rich flavors and perfectly cooked.
