Espresso Drive coffee shop — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Espresso Drive coffee shop is a nice and cosy coffee shop inside the MGF mall. The ambience is warm and inviting, offering a quiet, homely vibe that makes it perfect for both working in peace or enjoying a relaxed date night. We visited during the summer and opted for their cold coffee, which turned out to be just what we needed. The consistency was smooth, and the sweetness was perfectly balanced, exactly to my liking, and I was quite happy with it. The staff were genuinely humble, courteous, and attentive. They even checked in to get our feedback, showing a commendable commitment to maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Kudos to the entire team for making the experience...

One of the worst experience I've ever had in cafes ! The staff who is the face of the cafe are disgusting. During the billing, the person starting arguing on charging extra for little things like flavors etc. Then the coffee they gave was tasteless and cold (had to be hot beverage) along with soggy and smelly garlic breads. Moreover the person who served the coffee spilled it on my papers. While clearing everything from the table, dropped my phone. Buh... I cannot even think to go back again or recommend this cafe...

Though the service and atmosphere was good, but sorry to mention that the food taste was just average for all the food items. We ordered paneer tikka sandwich, paneer wrap, aloo sandwich n garlic bread. There were exactly the same filling and same sauce in both the sandwiches n the wrap. The worst wrap I have ever eaten and how can aloo sandwich have the same flavour as paneer tikka sandwich? The taste of iced tea was also not good.

Hadn't expected such poor taste quality in polished area...
