Nirula's ILD Trade Centre — Restaurant in Gurugram District

This was our first time at this ice cream store and our experience wasn't really good.

1. The chocolate ice-cream was okish.
2. The Tender coconut ice-cream was a disaster on two accounts. Firstly the icecream want prepared well- very icy. The tender coconut ice-cream is supposed to be creamy with minute pieces of tender coconut . However, this was like 'ice gola' ( filled with crunchy ice pieces). Also, there were tiny yellow particles not sure if tender coconut is supposed to have yellow elements.

Secondly, there was a tiny sharp plastic broken piece in the ice-cream scoop that i got. This wasn't acceptable.

The service was good, they apologized for it however it isn't their fault of a plastic piece is there in the ice cream. Please...

Newly opened in ILD trade centre mall. Nice ambience around, but very small place. Good for small groups of 3 to 5 members. But is a mess if you're hosting any event with more than 20 peoples onboard. Food not upto the price value. Price could have been a little bit cheaper. One good thing is that it have table service but you have order your food by going to the counter. Final opinion not worth to spend time with group rather find some other options which are...

I was very dissapointed at this outlet. Over the years unfortunately Nirulas has not evolved in terms of ice-cream. Their menu was pretty average and the sundae was below average. I feel outlets like Om Sweets offer better sundaes than Nirulas. Being a very old brand, they seriously need to reinvent and improve their ice-cream offerings. This need is also reflected by their...
