History – Running successfully here in cyber city for long time and they are ready to welcome you by open heart and big smile. also with food full of taste which you will never forget.

Location – It is in cyber hub, dlf cyber city. Nearest metro station is rapid metro-Vodafone Belvedere Towers metro station.

Ambience – Ambience is spacious which can easily accomodate more than 100 people at a time. They have two sections of sitting. Once is open area or outdoor sitting and other one is inside area. Open and inside are both seems of equal size. Comfortable wooden and sofa sitting in both area. Bar is also available in both segments of area. They also have live music to add flavours.

Food from Menu – They serve mediterranean, european, american and north indian as well. So much variety to go for best eating time.

Hygienic – Yes, they serve only hygienic food.

Staff and service – Service was quick and no delay was notice in any of the order. They were taking care of each guest carefully. So you can enjoy your full to the fullest.

People Response and crowd – Good footfall was noticed. Famous for nightlife if you are also a party animal.

Taste – Taste is the key which is always searched for any food giant. They also took care for this and full marks to them for it. I tried here kurkuri bhindi nacho (yes, you read it right, it is bhindi), paneer tikka roll, harah bharah kabab , margherita pizza, veg dimsum. In drink, i went for mozito and formula one. Every time was best of the day and no one can be compared with other one.

Price – Prices are moderlately kept in the menu and can be easily paid for the quality of the food.

Where do we start, on Saturday February 25th 2023 and we had made a reservation for 10 at around 5pm with outdoor seating - this was denied by the staff stating there was some construction going on,

Staff was as lazy as could be, drink orders took over 30 minutes to be fulfilled

Moving on to the fun part, we were informed upon entering that there was a 20% discount upon using a certain card - eureka we had the “certain” card

Upon receiving the bill we saw that service charges were levied and requested the same to be removed which is well within our rights as a consumer however the server informed us that they have a court ordered permission to levy the same, upon requesting the order to be displayed or the manager to be summoned, the manager informed me that there was no such order by the court, later the establishment denied the removing the service charges and stated that the 20% discount would also be removed if service charge is removed

A few words of advice to the establishment-

1. don’t offer an outdoor seating if the same isn’t available as it hampers customer experience
2. keep the terms clear with your customers, the discount is offered to the customers basis the agreement between you and the card issuer and not just by you - additionally you as a merchant receive a rebate on the transaction fee if you have a certain amount of transactions on a monthly basis - please refrain from hogwash being delivered to your consumers, we know our rights
3. charging a service charge and gst on the same bill is still against the law - kindly have a ref check before delivering in correct information to the customers as this will land you...
