Complaint: Misbehavior of Staff at Theobroma Bakery and Cake Shop - Cyber Hub, Gurugram

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Theobroma Bakery and Cake Shop in Cyber Hub, Gurugram. My recent visit, which was supposed to be a simple and pleasant experience of buying pastries for my children, turned out to be quite distressing due to the behavior of one of your staff members.

Upon entering the shop, I selected the pastries I wanted and approached the server to assist in packing them. I was informed that I needed to pay the bill first, which I promptly proceeded to do. However, at the billing counter, I encountered a staff member named Imran who showed a complete lack of interest in taking my order. Despite being at the counter first, he began processing the order of another guest who arrived after me.

I requested that he follow the proper protocol and process my order as I was already at the counter, but instead of addressing my concern professionally, Imran started arguing with me. He insisted that the other guests came before me and that he needed to process their order first. This led to an unnecessary and unpleasant back-and-forth, and ultimately, I decided to leave the shop without placing my order.

Such behavior from a staff member is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Theobroma's reputation. Imran's disregard for customer service and basic etiquette was disappointing and frustrating. It is crucial for the staff to understand how to treat customers with respect and follow proper service protocols.

I strongly urge the management to address this issue seriously. Imran's behavior indicates a need for immediate action, including retraining your staff on customer service and proper etiquette. Such incidents can significantly impact customer experience and should not be taken lightly.
