Harassing & insulting experience on our yet Another visit to Theos Cyberhub. on 29th oct.myself, my sister & my neice..worst ever experience. We ordered a lebanese platter, which is so exorbitantly priced @895 rs plus taxes. The platter tastes average, shawarma roll is not good. The pita bread tastes more like a brown local kulcha. The falafel rolls were overdone. We requested for a dip like humus & one more but they rudely point blank refused. Nd not only refusal, the tone was so bad. We are their regular customers & for every single small thing they keep asking for money. An outlet that cant even give a spoonful of dip. One of managers Mr Yogesh Fanda is one rowdy guy who misbehaved with us. Trying to intimidate. After much request he did agree to a spoonful of 2 dips but never even got them for us. He never returned to our table. For the 1st time, they gave us breads & an accompaniment with it & said they do it everytime. We told this guy that we never got it ever but on this also he argued incessantly nd was obnoxiously rude. My neice the kid was asking for the bread & we requested him to give another or half a portion for the kid & mr yogesh fanda rudely refused. He stated that we were lying. Mood was spoilt. Meal was spoilt. We had made dineout reservations. They will never confirm your table & keep wait listed nd when u talk abt it they say dont worry we will give you the dineout discount. They dont even know the word courtesy & hospitality. We denied service charge because of their discourteous attitude on that also they again went rude & forced us to pay it. They were like we will deny your dineout booking & this was also done by this indecent guy mr yogesh fanda. He was all over me nd the staff was looming all over. It was so harassing that we literally were thrown out of the restaurant. Not even a single staff member said pl sit, we will take care. Even the other manager was a dummy & said i cant say anything to mr yogesh cos we are the same designation. You keep harping abt your process nd policy but which policy says that you be rude & behave poorly with females. The staff was looming all over me, raising their tone. They exude bad behavior with females, we were insulted & harassed & literally forced to leave. In a rush, we ended up paying them more. We are marked for times to come seeing such sheer rudeness & inhospitable staff. Nd for wht reason..a spoonful of dip!
Another visit to the Theos Cyberhub Gurgaon. We ordered for Mushroom soup, green apple mojito, vegetable burger with french fries, noodles stuffed patty & rose flavoured macaroon. The outlet is nice with pastel shades that imparts a nice ambience to it. The last time we visited ACs wouldnt work & it was so hot & humid inside. This time around, it was better. The mushroom soup was quite tasty. Likes it. The Vegetable burger was not good at all. Ddnt like the taste or the flavor. Basic & ordinary. You make better ones at home. Green apple mojito was also ok. Wasnt tpl great. Macaroon is nice but it seems so small in size The patty is still better. Tastes ok but then only if you are a fan of such fast food. 15 June had Viennese coffee which was quite strong and heavy. If was average. Cappuccino was also quite strong. Coke slaw sandwich was nice though. Ambience was nice....

Read moreyet another and for sure the last visit @theos cyber hub, i say yet another as we have been quite regular to the place .. mostly because of food .. service though has always been a big question mark that .. do these guys even care about customer service (based on the past experiences at the same place) may be because they are At a hub and there is quite a rush so they may be thinking .. people will anyways come as there are abundant .. however we have been going to the place for food as I said mostly as there aren't much good dining places in Gurgaon to go with a small kid. Today's instance however took that away from us as now even the food is not safe.. to worth the money (minus the customer service .. anyways and always ). Now to the actual instance today, that put us off completely.. we ordered some of our favorites .. but to our misery .. wife's favourite burger had a full human hair staring at her from the middle of the burger patty .. it was a good deed by chef that he had cut the burger in half so she could spot it at the very second bite .. now where the customer service die again .. we reported this to the manager .. he was curtious enough to acknowledge.. as the hair was literally staring at all of us (so ther couldnt have been a denying)... I am glad he didn't put it on us that it could be yours kind of thing .. so good there he very promptly picked up the plate and said we will replace it ..
We don't remember hearing any apologetic condolences from the manager .. the waiters were sorry enough though .. well I wouldn't take much here.. . we waited.. fresh dish came in .. we carefully consumed it (as were hungry and as it was dinner time and my daughter was eating her pasta, so we didn't want to disturb her .. also we didn't want to come across like .. they didn't want to pay for the other dish.. i know it is bizzare . but you never know if the guys at this place may take you in that way) .. so God Forbid.. pay and get out ..
We didn't obviously finished what all we ordered.. so not to embarase the servers .. we got it packed .. paid in full for all what we ordered and left nicely .. just hoping for some general.. at least a sorry gesture from management .. but it wasn't unexpected.. and that even never happened .. as nobody in the staff cared ..
sorry .. I must mention ..the brave manager .. feeling the lack of courtesy post the incident reported to the manager .. I discussed with him .. shall I post the instance as the feedback online ..so that it doesn't come as a surprise.. and he was okay with that so kind of encouraging that people at the the place are not shying away from the errors .. which was quite refreshing I must say..
