Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Gurugram District

This mail is regarding the worst service I have ever received in my life.

This was my first visit to your store (REACH 3 ROAD SECTOR-70 GURUGRAM). Actually I was very hungry and wanted to eat something spicy, so I saw an offer at your STORE which was the biggest & better offer of 2 plates @ 99 rupees, so I decided to try this offer today, so I placed an order at your store at 7:44 pm, the cashier at your counter asked me to wait for a while, so I sat down and started waiting for my number, after me approx 10 to 12 more customers came and they also placed orders and every customer had ordered 2-3 items, as soon as I saw, the people who came after me also ate their food and left. I went and did not get my order. I was disappointed and went out of the store, but I thought that he must be coming now and his preparation would go waste. I entered again after 5 minutes and asked if my order was ready? Even after that he was confirming with me what i had ordered, while waiting I had asked him 5-7 times. Even after that I repeated the order. After about 34 minutes I got my order and in the condition in which he gave me momos, I got a bag full of it in a better way. I litterally left that shop without eating everything and went away. I have never complained against anyone in my life till date, this is my first time. I have a complaint about some poor service, even DOMINO'S guy delivers at home within 30 minutes and if it is late he gives it for free. Is this your service? Is this your service standard? This was my first and last visit. After today I will never go to any Wow Momo nor will I suggest it to anyone. I hope you will be able to understand how it would feel when someone is hungry and after waiting for 35 minutes he is in such a condition to eat and his hungry...

Please make sure all customer which are making there mind to visit wow momo they serve always discarded and dumped momo because I can say on the behalf of it that, some time before I was connected with wow momo. They always gives ideas to our staff that rusted momo please do fry and serve in dine in and send in delivery also. Please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 care about your health. If don't believe on it please check in stores and this is very important things that they never steam and fry there momo separately. Extremely bad experience with this outlet. The chicken momos served were so soggy and stale that they mangled up in a heap. When we complained and told the manager to change, they served us cold momos, right out of freezer. We denied taking those momos and asked for a refund but the manager refused to refund. We, then, told him to give kulfi sticks instead, that also, after much insistence, he gave. I have visited other outlets of Wow Momo in the city, but this branch was the worse.
