Burger King — Restaurant in Haryana

I placed an order through Zomato from this restaurant. Order no. **7722 this evening. I had a couple of issues - I had ordered 2 chicken whoppers with cheese. I received one whopper with cheese and the other without cheese.(It happens .. can be passed off as innocent mistake even though I am paying extra for something I didn't get) I was eating the burger and when I unwrapped my burger, a live wasp walks out of the wrapper. This is not something that can be overlooked. I am shocked. I tried getting in touch with the restaurant and their number listed on Zomato as well as Google was switched off. I contacted Zomato and they initiated a refund for my full meal but it's not about the money. How can I ever trust this place again and I used to order regularly from here. It's disappointing...

Worst experience at all, i have gone there at sunday night, i have ordered two meals, after the payment my token number was not showing there atleast for 25-30 mins, again i asked from staff that my number is not visible in preparing column , staff said this is your meal and i told him that its a take away meal please wrap it. He did not packed well and gave the meal to me. I told him that i have to go far, coke will be spilled, he did not listen and say we cant do anything I have not seen such behaviour in any cafe...

This place is located inside the eldeco mall. There is Neelam chowk Ajronda metro station at the back of this mall. The place is very nice, and the ambience is awesome. The service is really good. You have to try this place once when you are in Faridabad. It has several seating arrangements. There is self service which is useful in this corona period. The menu is best and reasonable. Kids meals are also available. Their drinks machine is never broken. I had the burger and fries and coke. I tried the puff also...
