Baba Ji Chaat Corner in Sector 16A’s main market is just an okay place for chaat, with nothing particularly exciting or memorable about it. They do offer 5-6 types of flavored water for their golgappas, but the taste is pretty standard and doesn’t stand out as anything special. The variety is there, but the flavors don’t leave a strong impression and feel like they’re missing that burst of freshness you’d expect from good street food. As for the rest of the menu, the other snacks are similarly lackluster and don’t have much flavor. Items like the papdi chaat and aloo tikki lack the richness and spice you’d hope for in chaat, leaving them tasting quite plain. The staff is also just okay; they’re not overly friendly or attentive, simply serving and moving on without much warmth or engagement. While its location in the busy market area is convenient and accessible, the overall experience is pretty underwhelming. I recently visited here and had a very disappointing experience. When I asked for a GST invoice, the staff flatly refused to provide one. Hoping to resolve the issue, I approached the owner, but his response was shockingly rude. He said, "Itna time nahi hota hamare paas ki GST bill bana sake" ("We don't have the time to make a GST bill"), and added, "You can complain anywhere, I don't care about anything."

Such unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service and legal obligations are unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant until they improve their attitude...
