We ordered a pizza. The highest rated and highest price they only provided a pizza of very thin crust and quarter plate size with the worst taste of my life. Domino and Pizza Hut are far better. The service man seems to be disinterested and slow in service. The table was jumbled up with the food and left to the customer. With hakka noodles ordered Manchurian but he brought fresh lime first and the hakka in the middle and then Manchurian at last. He brought a bill while we were at the end of eating and not finished. Ambience is only good due to jaggi complex and highway connectivity otherwise not good as hyped. Yes I forgot to say the Manchurian was overloaded with oil. Such a waste of money. Billed approx 1800/- I will never go again.

Title: Disappointing Dining Experience - Avoid at All Costs

Review: My recent visit to Chawla at Jaggi City Centre was an utter disappointment. Despite being touted as the highest rated and charging a premium price, the quality of the food was abysmal. The pizza I ordered was not only tiny, barely filling a quarter plate, but it also had an unpleasantly thin crust and tasted like cardboard. In comparison, the offerings at Domino's and Pizza Hut are far superior.

The service was equally dismal. The waiter seemed disinterested and sluggish, leaving our table in disarray and bringing dishes out of order. For instance, when I ordered Hakka noodles with Manchurian, he initially brought a fresh lime, then the noodles in the middle of our meal, and finally, the Manchurian when we were almost finished. To top it off, we were handed the bill while still eating, which was incredibly unprofessional.

While the ambience benefited from its location within the Jaggi Complex and easy highway access, it was not enough to salvage the experience. Additionally, I must mention that the Manchurian dish was drenched in oil, further adding to the disappointment.

Overall, my dining experience at Chawla at Jaggi City Centre was a complete waste of money, totalling approximately 1800/-. I have no intention of returning and would strongly advise others to steer clear of this...

Very bad experience. I will never visit this restaurant again and advice others not to visit this restaurant. Despite booking my table in advance for 6 members, the restaurant staff couldn't guide us our booked table and managed us on congested table. Then I only told him to shift us to another comfortable table. The waiter also served water in plastic glasses and given excuse by telling shortage of glasses due to breakages in the morning. The kadai mutton served was also half cooked. I specially brought my family from Mahesh nagar to celebrate my birthday and no one was happy with the food served. Moreover, the waiter also not brought warm lemon water bowls to wash hands after the meals. The paper napkins were also not sufficient on the table and were asked to keep which should be automatically been looked after...

A complete package with everything at a place. Relaxed ambiance, delicious food 🌯🌮🌭🍔 options & multiple shopping centers.🎊🛒🛍️ Sometime do get overcrowded which causes trouble for parking🚗🚘 but expansion is also under construction. Best spot in Ambala to chill with your friends and family.🤟😊 This place is something unique as far as Ambala is concerned, Having A Mall in Ambala is a treat for all the residents. Almost all known restaurants are available, specially Pizzas, Burgers and Chat Papri.. Seems this place is made as a Eating Joint. Kids love to be here, they have lot to do here. Totally recommended to All Residing in Ambala and nearby..

It was a place of pride a while ago. But after lockdown most of the shops are now discontinued. Hardly few shops open. You will find various other stops on NH1. Security is highly compromised. Neither they take any responsibility. When asked for cctv footage they declined add no camera covering that spot. Parked the car outside the hotel here while visiting this place and found it smashed when I returned. None over there took the responsibility and no cameras captured anything. Regret being at this place after listening to it's old reputation.
