The food was absolutely amazing – perfectly cooked, fresh, and incredibly flavorful. It’s always a pleasure to enjoy the delicious offerings at KFC, and this visit was no exception. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by suraj. He went above and beyond to ensure my experience was pleasant. Her friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and professionalism made a lasting impression. Suraj’s warm approach and dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable, and he truly embodies excellent service. The cleanliness and organization of the outlet also deserve a mention, as they added to the overall positive experience. First of all this is very good location for things like KFC and this is very first KFC and drive thru in Ambala.

Dine In experience - Parking space (Very good) Dine In space (Average) Staff (Untrained and they don't believe to say thanks to customers)

Drive thru experience - Drive thru (Yes and working 11am-11pm) Time (Have to wait for 7-15 mint) Staff (Untrained and they don't believe to say thanks to customers)

Home delivery (Not available)

Overall food quality is like you expect from KFC, right now they take time for your order for Dine-In and Drive thru both, but most of the time if you have to wait long then you get good food.

So I gave 4 star ratings for over all experience and food.

I have been addicted to kfc chicken from the very beggining and this place solves my purpose just right . The newly opened kfc at the Jaggi Centre , Ambala is located right within the reach of the city and the cantt people and also at an ideal location for the higway travellers. The place is quite clean with quite a hospitable staff and deliver the food in the promised time. The new kfc's chicken downtown burger is avalible here and is surely worth a try. The bathrooms require certain amount of cleaning though .
