Keep in mind i LOVE waffles and always try to get one whenever I see it. This place was the only used to go only because of frenchfries and waffles. Attached pic was clicked on 8 mar 2022 and as you can see its a whole 4 piece bubble waffle. Now they don't even serve bubble waffles anymore and the quantity is reduced from 4 pieces to 2 pieces which was a huge letdown for me. Now if you order waffles they will only serve you 2 piece belgian waffles. I talked to the person at billing counter and they informed me that serving 2 pieces of belgian waffles instead of 4 and taking bubble waffles out of menu was a decision made my the management of this food chain.

And recently i had also noticed that they can't handle public rush well as the French fries I received was a bit raw.

I hope they can go back to how they used to serve it so that I can...

Got served Over Fried and stale food. It seems they can't handle the rush and as a result quality suffers when they have to serve many tables. But when you want a customer to vacate the table by billing them even when a part of their order is yet to be served is borderline unacceptable, unprofessional and humiliating.
