Dhaba Junction Faridabad — Restaurant in Haryana

Visited Dhaba Junction, Faridabad, recently and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

Right from the moment we sat down, the service was unorganized and inattentive. It took an unusually long time for the staff to take our order, and when the food did arrive, it turned out to be someone else’s. We weren’t alone — several other tables were served the wrong items, causing confusion and delays across the restaurant.

The staff appeared overwhelmed and poorly trained, with no one taking ownership to resolve the mistakes. Basic etiquette, like checking on diners or apologizing for mix-ups, was missing entirely.

What made things worse was the hygiene situation. The washrooms were in a poor state — unclean, lacking basic supplies like soap and tissues, and emitting a strong unpleasant odor. For a restaurant of this scale and visibility, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable.

Overall, Dhaba Junction may look attractive from the outside, but the reality doesn’t match up. Poor service, order mismanagement, and lack of hygiene standards made this a disappointing visit. Definitely needs serious improvement in both staff training and facility...

Have visited with family and friends on someone past recommendations. Ordered starters for snacks, daal tadka & paneer taka tak in main course. Also roti (tandoori) & butter naan in bread. Lassi & lime soda (salty) in beverages.

Good things: Good ambience Lime soda was good. Lassi was OK type. Located on main road. Easily approachable from Mathura road. Rate of the food is also dhaaba type not costly.

Bad things: You have to wait for it turn to enter the main.part of restaurant as it is almost full on weekends. 15-20minutes wait. Naan & Roti was cold when they come to table. Have requested waiter for exchange with hit one. Starter was also cold and it doesn't have taste. One should also feel.good about its presentation, but you will not find it in this case. Daal was pathetic. This was the first time in life that I have left daal in the plate and also paneer. Spoons and forks are not always available. You could have to wait for it. I had visited this restaurant in Dec 2023 and I am not happy with the food and the service. Below is my feedback: Food: is not tasty and moreover I felt that the Mushroom in the "kadhai mushroom" was not fresh also. It felt like rotten. Price: are bit high compared to the restaurants of similar profile. Service: Though the waiters were polite but the way they were serving the food was unhygienic and rude. They were carrying the dishes directly on hand instead of carrying it on a tray. Due to this their hands were also touching the food. Also they serve food in Steel plates.. dude if I want eat in Steel plates then I can eat at home itself, wherein at home also I eat on crockery utensils.

Ambience: is good for families. Initially I would as not sure what kind of crowd will be available here (I mean drunk people etc), but that is not the case here.

Overall I would highly recommend to avoid this place even if there this is the last restaurant on earth, better...
