Domino's Pizza | Pebble Town Mall, Faridabad — Restaurant in Haryana

I had a really disappointing experience with Domino’s recently. First of all, the food was far below expectations. The pizza was bland, undercooked, and tasted nothing like what you’d expect from a brand like Domino’s. It seemed like no care was taken in preparing it—hardly any toppings, soggy base, and it arrived lukewarm.

To make matters worse, the customer service was shockingly bad. The staff was rude and dismissive when I tried to politely point out the issue. Instead of offering a solution or even a basic apology, they spoke rudely and acted like they were doing me a favor by even listening.

This kind of attitude and poor food quality is unacceptable. I chose Domino’s for a reliable meal and ended up completely frustrated. Definitely won’t be ordering again from this location.

Not a great experience at this outlet. Visited on 8th June 2025 around 12:30 PM for a takeaway from this DOMINOS outlet.

Got a message that the order was ready, but still had to wait 5–10 minutes at the counter. This happens almost every time I visit.

Ordered the 5 Course Corn Pizza meal – food quality was disappointing. Creamy Tomato Meltz tasted like hot tomato sauce, and Choco Bomb was just a maida wrap with very little chocolate.

When I gave feedback, the staff casually said, “Ye aisa hi hota hai” and handed me a daily logbook instead of any proper complaint process.

There was a man constantly on call and unwilling to answer the customer . The lady there said she was new and did not know anything . I was standing there for 5 minutes and no one even let me know that they are not taking orders . Extremely uncooperative staff . I am very disappointed .
