Worst experience ever.

18.06.2023 I have visited your faridabad branch located in sector 35 crown interiorz mall were i have visited with my family and i have ordered some of the items from your menu the service and experience was so bad I will never visit any of your franchise again.

I have to wait for my orders for so long that my previous orders get so cold my food get soggy overflowed with oil I can't even eat my food, that it is so bad, i had a worst experience ever faced in any of the restaurant I have ever visited. The orders which comes after me get served before me. This is not acceptable from the big franchise like you haldiram. The customer service is also bad they don't listen what I was saying keep serving others but ignoring my order .I was standing for more than half an hour they were telling me sir we are working on your order don't know how much time does it take to make order and I know to make something it take atleast some time I too agree with this but if the orders which comes after me served before me how will that make me feel that too I was standing in the queue. Please don't consider buying sweets from them. They don't serve fresh sweets,tried many times.i have tried ghewar,anarkali,malai roll all of them were not fresh.they were not stale but not freshly made.try mohan estate branch instead of them they have fresh sweets.bought ghewar from them 1 kg ,no one liked it at home.Got the same ghewar from mohan estate branch a week later everyone loved it.reason being their ghewar was not freshly made.things like choley bhature are good as they are made daily but sweets served are not fresh and are day or two old.even though they mention date uptil which you can consume the sweets but u can easily guess by eating that these are not freshly baked and it will definitely destroy the taste.this is third time it has happened I can easily tell by the taste that the sweet were not fresh n were day or two old.they are already known for expensive sweets but even after that if you don't get it freshly made than it's waste of money.consider other haldiram branches like in mohan estate but don't go for...
