Tulsi's — Restaurant in Haryana

A complete review but not negative one.

This is the most underrated and unrecognised restraunt. Recently i visited and it won my heart and this winning of heart is compelling me to write this review in the mid night.

It's affordable, reasonable and service is wonderful. This restaurant provides self service as well as waiter service completely at the Choice of customer/guest.

I ordered something they serve water at the very beginning which is now a days not seen at a larger number of hotel/restra. This was not surprising, but what happened next was adorable, i drank all the water in glass and was looking for more water but couldn't find waiter by my eyes and though that lets drop the idea of asking water. But immediately, some waiter came and filled my glass with water, it seemed that the staff was continuously observing the gesture/behaviour of guests. That was completely unexpected as i already dropped my idea and thrust.

This is one of the old and pure vegitarian restraunt named on 'tulsi' which itself stang for purety and vegitarian.

Disappointing service quality concern

Today I dined at your restaurant and wanted to share my experience, specifically regarding the dosa I ordered.

Unfortunately, I found the quality of the dosa to be subpar, falling below the expected standards for a restaurant of your caliber. Here are some details about my concerns:

Texture and Flavor: The dosa lacked the traditional texture and flavor that one would anticipate. It seemed undercooked, resulting in a somewhat doughy consistency, and the taste was not as rich or authentic as I've experienced in other establishments.

Freshness of Ingredients: It appeared that the ingredients used in the dosa were not as fresh as one would expect. This impacted the overall taste and contributed to the disappointment.

Presentation: The dosa's presentation was also lacking. It seemed hastily prepared and lacked the attention to detail I would expect in a restaurant of your reputation.

Took the wrong decision by choosing this one over OM which is just 10 steps away. If u look from outside you would expect service, quality n ambience of that like OM or Haldiram's but nothing of that sort at all. Since we went there for the first time, we ordered Masala dosa, Tandoori chaap and combo meal of dal makhani with chapati just to know how good or bad it could be....Masala dosa masala v less, sambhar was artificial..watery spicy.. soya chaap green chutney had stale smell. Chaap item expensive as compared to OM. And we ordered extra lacha Parantha with meal combo that came so late that our other food items got cold. Waited for approximately 10-12 min. Another family who was sitting beside us also had mutual feedback for them. No manager on the floor to check...he was sitting in one corner at the counter when searched for him.
