Cool Talk Cafe — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

Very disappointed. This was my second time attempting to sit and have a good experience. The music is loud and regardless where you sit the smoke from people smoking at the other end where it s open, spreads throughout. I ordered a Masala Chai with soya milk with no sugar and honey on the side.. with no warning I was then was charged for the honey.. I have been here a month and this was the first time I was charged for small amount of honey and I have been to many places here in Dharamsala. My chai cost 100 rupees. I confronted them and they did not seem to care that I was disappointed and that I said I would never came back. I do not recommend the place, there are so many wonderful places where the food is exceptional and the owner is aimed to please. I highly recommend The Seeker...

Had the most horrible experience. Went to Cool talk cafe 2 days in a row to have food and today when me and my friend had dinner there again, we asked for water. To which the guy at the counter asked us if we want a bottle and we denied asking for regular water. The guy behaved really bad and said that we run a business and we can’t give water for free. His stature and tone was extremely rude. I have been to so many restaurants at so many different place and countries and I have never got a response like this for asking for water to drink. I still can’t believe that we live in a world and time where someone denies to give water despite having a tap and RO in the kitchen....

Sitting arrangements are OK.. Everything else is third rated... I am wondering how the hell here so many great ratings??!!! Food is just OK.. Or less than OK.. Service part is the worst.... Definitely they need at lest basic training how to serve and receive the guests.. Very far from hygiene.... One has to see their kitchen and how disgusting inside.. Both times... It takes 25minutes to serve the food... Food quality as I said before so.. So.. Definitely not...
