Domino's Pizza | Hillside Mall, Dharamshala — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

Visited again on 15th Oct'25 to see if they have improved any. But a BIG No. When asked for full Menu they didn't have it on the counter nor they gave, the lady at the counter just orally explained. After taking the order the lady at the counter was again on call for a good 10-15 min. They don't wear gloves while preparing the food. A lady was at the prep table was also handling with bare hands & a male staff walked in across the counter where he was chit-chatting with a good 5-6 ppl group & directly came across the prep counter & started handling the dough & preparing. Again the table was not cleaned & after a good 25min, the lady from the counter came with again tissues to clean the table.

The overall interior needs a deep cleaning, the staff at the counter & the delivery folks needs a good behavioral, etiquette & people(customer) pleasing training.

Visited on 7th Oct'25, the tables were not cleaned - tissues all over, Ketchup marks & food particles both on the table & the floor was also not cleaned. Staff : The lady at the counter was on mobile from the time we went to place our order at the counter to even coming to clean the table after 3-4 reminders. She came with couple of Dry Tissues to clean the table, after we asked her don't they use wet cleaning cloth/sponge she went back got it to clean while still being on mobile.

Best is to order Online & have it at your comfort either at home or in your car or anywhere else.

This is the worst branch i have every encountered, they accepted my order via swiggy and even after i confirmed my order via call on the number provided to me on swiggy they didn't deliver my order , and after waiting for more than 1.5 hours when i tried to reach them again they didn't pick up my calls , and when i reached out to swiggy customer help who were very helpful , then the representative from domino's called me and was very rude and kept on saying that they didn't deliver in my area even though they accepted the order amd made me wait for more than 1and half hours , and then they started saying that i put in the wrong address which is completely wrong ,because if they didn't deliver then they should not have accepted the order in the first place and secondly they should not have confirmed my order and then after hours of waiting tell me that they don't deliver. well, i am a local so i order my dominos pizza on weekends. service is good and pizza is good too. seems bit pricey though. now that's my own opinion. though i wouldn't recommend pizza everyday but once a while a visit to this place is fine. located close the favvara chowk on khanyara road. this small mall in a semi urban city is worth a visit. Right next to "UCO BANK" the label "DOMINOS" is clearly visible. And if you are coming with family in car then there is parking facility right beneath. most people come during the busy weekends. and traffic jam is a frequent problem on this narrow road. evenings are light and slow. so, pick your time and pay a visit. there are lots of shops nearby as well.
