Domino's Pizza | Sugghar, Palampur — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

The food quality is good and have no complains regarding it. The issue what I faced since last 2 orders were the delivery of the pizza to my home location. I've took delivery of pizza in my home location before. While I placed my last order I was told that pizza cannot be delivered to my home address, upon accepting their decision I asked them to cancel my order but in few seconds they agreed, prepared my order and delivered it. Today again I ordered and at the time of dispatch they called and said the order cannot be delivered and I was told that if I order next time for the same location my order will be cancelled. 2mar25 i have visited this restro again ordered volcano pizza regular plus this time i felt looted, they have given thin crust small pizza without asking me its a absolute loot i have visited kalkaji govindpuri pizza many times its sam as farmhouse not like dummy pizza……….Its been always a issue of online payment, this is very strange & ridicules that dominos dont have online payment and even services of staff is poor and rude, if these staff members dont want to address customer issue then what is the difference between local pizza and dominos…. Pathetic, i booked order multiple times costing more than 3k, but always they same answer… non-online payments… still living 10 yrs...

Well overall everything is fine... A girl on the billing counter and a man also there both are great. One thing i like...i love to speak pahadi..i don't want to speak hindi, because we're living in our hometown.. gyani door rhe ki hindi hmari bhasha hai......status mai being pahadi and pahadi bolne mai shrm ...so leave it ..aajkal trend hi hai himachal bacho ko pahadi bolne se door rakho ....so i like both person i spoke in pahadi with them...they respond very well....
