The Blue Hills Cafe — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

One star for the ambience and lovely setup. A very cute road side cafe. I ordered pasta which was sour as the chef just tossed the pasta into ready made Mayo and ready made cheese spread. There were no efforts ! Chai was also below average. It was very sharp looked like ready made. I ordered omlette and specified my liking but I got totally opposite of it. I came for live music but as i reached early so the band was still to come so i requested them for general music but that also dey dint bothered to play after a song. Totally turned off. I came to spend 2hours here but I cudnt stand as there was no hospitality. When I returned food items , owner dint even cared to ask what went wrong and how can we correct it as the cafe had no other customer. I can understand if the caffe is full. He was quite receptive at the time of ordering but totally disinterested when I showed a bit non liking. A good cafe is not only about ambience but customer satisfaction ! I came from kayakalp and told so many ppl that I am visiting there but when I came back there was no smile on my face so it's ultimately there loss of not giving service...

That's what you call service at a great price. Quality food and no compromise on taste. The vibes are totally feel good. When I visited there were 3-4 people playing guitar and humming songs. It just made the entire experience even more beautiful.

Perfectly located and friendly staff make this a must must must visit place when in Palampur.

I ordered chocolate coffee, pizza sandwich and rs cheesy pasta. Everything was super delicious and worth the money. Wonderful presentation good use of condiments. The space is limited but then anything for good food and good vibes.
