Krishna Bakery — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

I recently ordered a cake from Krishna bakery and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I usually get customised cake from some other baker ,but due to non availability of the other baker I ordered cake from Krishna bakers ,and they just left no stone unturned in disappointing me .

First, the cake's appearance was a letdown. The decorations looked rushed and sloppy, and the overall presentation was unprofessional.

2.Second, Their charges are way to high as compare to other bakers . they charged me for fondant cake and gave me cream cake only the decoration was of fondant and due to the heavy decoration cream was not able to hold it which results in smudged cake .

Same thing happened 3months ago with my sisters marriage cake

Same thing happened with my son’s first birthday cake .

So now let’s talk about texture of cake -the texture and taste of the cake were subpar. It was dry and crumbly, lacking the moistness and flavor one would expect from a professionally made cake .

Lastly, the customer service was disappointing. When I reached out to express my concerns, no effort to rectify the situation,also they told that I will get an refund ,which I didn’t get yet . Moreover I don’t want any refund because they can’t refund me for the home moment . A simple acknowledgment of the issue and an offer to make amends would have gone a long way.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my experience .i expected much more for the price I paid and the occasion I was celebrating. I hope the bakery can improve its quality and customer service...

I ordered red velvet cake and it was disgusting and the taste was bitter and the cake was not fresh at all.When i told them about the cake they said that we will give you a fresh cake and when i went to their shop they gave me a disgusting reason and told me that these type of cakes are made like this only.I will never gonna order anything from this shop at all.Worst bakery ever.Please guys don't order...
