MAFIA CAFE BIR — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

Absolutely disappointing experience. We were treated with such rudeness and indifference, it honestly ruined the evening. First, there were no two-person tables when we arrived so we sat at a 4 people table, which was fine... but what followed was just bizarre and unprofessional.

We were told that because they had more guests coming (it started gettint crowded post 8:30pm), we couldn’t order our main course unless we moved to the bar. Strange, but we complied. Once at the bar, we were completely ignored. No one bothered to check in, offer menus, or even acknowledge us properly.

When we finally asked to place our order, the waiter acted like it was a huge inconvenience and even asked if we wanted it packed. We were literally still seated, expecting to eat there..not order takeaway. The staff behaved like serving us was a favor, not their job.

Why even hire people who clearly don’t want to work in hospitality? A restaurant can have decent food, but if the staff make you feel unwelcome and like you’re a nuisance, it’s just not worth it. Absolute letdown. There are better places around with live music and that don't treat guests like garbage just because they want to make more money. Not coming back and...

I stumbled upon Mafia Cafe while exploring the picturesque town of Bir in Himachal Pradesh, and I'm so glad I did! This quaint cafe is a hidden gem that serves up delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing.

The moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the cafe's eclectic decor, which features a mix of vintage and modern elements. The vibe is laid-back and welcoming, with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light.

But what really impressed me was the food. I ordered the veg momos, which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The coffee was also excellent, with a rich and smooth flavor that's perfect for sipping on a chilly morning.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch. The cafe also has a lovely outdoor seating area with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Overall, I would highly recommend Mafia Cafe to anyone visiting Bir. It's a must-visit destination for foodies, coffee lovers, and anyone looking for a cozy spot to relax and unwind.

This place has the best ambience and one of the best singers ever. They do live music and his singing is top notch. Totally amazing! The ambience is superb. They have a lot of items around the place and looks amazing Coming to food, i order tikka and mojito. Both were worst Tikka was smelling like as if it was rotten and wasn't cooked well. Also it was hot also , looked like they served a 3 days old chicken to me The masala also was pathetic and didn't even feel like eating.. Mojito had no proper taste of green apple. It was transperant in colour like a normal soda and had the worst taste Wasn't at all like green apple .

I spent a bomb here for these items, just 2 items and it came up to 500 bucks.

Definitely won't suggest this place if u want food.

But would suggest this place for the music it offers..

The singer and the clap box guy is amazing . Singers voice is simply too good. Hats off to him..
