Mountain'S PIZZA club, Solan — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

It's certainly frustrating when customer expectations are not met, especially in terms of advertised promotions or deals. When writing a review, it's important to communicate my experience. I am a very regular customer of Mountain Pizza Club. I planned to have a takeaway dinner with the expectation of enjoying their advertised pizza offers. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by misinformation provided by the staff. Upon inquiring about the pizza deals, I was given inaccurate information that led to confusion and disappointment. It's disheartening when the promotional material does not align with the actual offerings. The staff's lack of clarity on the available pizza deals not only affected my experience but also left me feeling misled. Clear communication is crucial in ensuring customers have a positive and enjoyable visit. Firstly they have a BIG AD STAMP showing Free Home Delivery which they do not fulfill, secondly, the B1G1 offer is valid for pizza with an MRP of more than 280. I placed the order and then after 5 minutes got a call back that this particular pizza was not running in the offers. What are the offers for then? I recommend that they need to takes steps to improve staff training and communication and most IMPORTANTLY THE FAKE PROMOTIONAL OFFERS, ensuring that customers are provided with accurate and up-to-date information on...

Atrocious behaviour of the Staff – Not worth the visit

I had high expectations for Mountain Pizza Solan based on some local buzz, but my recent visit turned out to be a frustrating experience because of the unbelievably arrogant and high-headed attitude of the staff.

From the moment we entered, there was a noticeable lack of courtesy. The staff seemed disinterested and made us feel like we were doing them a favor by showing up.

Hospitality is a huge part of any dining experience and unfortunately, this place failed miserably in that regard. No matter how delicious a food item may be, when the service is this poor and the staff acts like they're above the customers, it completely ruins the experience.

Mountain Pizza Solan need to train their staff in basic respect and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant outing with...

This is my personal and worst encounter with them ..i ordered 2 pizza, 2 box of peri peri fries and coke from them...and was looking for a good quality and hygienic food ..but wat i received in return was totally shocking... I saw 3 nymphs( cockroach) running through boxes and was stunned to see as it was not edible now...it made me so upset and i complaint about it but said no for refund as it was not about money but their work ethics wch needed to be pointed out....and i did wat needed to be...but m never ever gonna order from here anymore....Nd writing this review so that u guys know to where to...
