The Norbulingka is a branch of a small chain of Norbulingka cafés and bakeries in and around Dharamshala, and closely linked to the famous monastery of the same name. It has a prime location just a stone's throw from the Dalai Lama's Temple. A sunny patio with potted green plants is great for dining on good-weather days. It has fine views of the street and curio shops lining it, absolutely vantageous for people-watching. I ordered a post-lunch hot chocolate. The cakes, croissants and cookies in the bakery counter are seriously out of reach. Think USD $1 for tiny cookies! The hot chocolate though came in a large cup and was just right. During the season it's hard to get a table I guess, especially after teachings at the Dalai Lama's Temple.

After exploring mcleodgunj i gets craving to have good food and visit on the perfect place…The Food was awesome and perfectly cooked if I am talking about the spagetti it was really good and yeah everyone’s favourite margarita pizza is too crispy and perfecy baked and The chilli flakes were too chilli as compare to other pizza shops and The hot chocolate is perfect as per the mcleodgunj cool environment and The presentation is also good So mine experience is very good and i will visit this cafe again ❤️.

Your ambience is great!

Service was great until I did not like something!

Tibetan herbal was ordered which was good though it was a teabag that you inserted in hot water and served it, still happy with that as solves the purpose.

NOW MOMOS SUPPOSED TO BE NATIVE FOOD OF TIBET WERE SERVED HARD AND NOT JUICY.

I DID ASK YOU TO SERVE IT LATER ONCE BOUGHT TO THE TABLE, AS WE WERE STILL HAVING TEA. DOES THAT MEAN IT BECOMES HARD AND NON JUICY AFTER 10 - 15 MINS OF MORE STEAMING?

WAITER OFFERED ME TO TASTE A FRESH MOMO WHICH I AGREED TO AND THEN AFTER A LOT OF WAIT HE REFUSED WHAT HE OFFERED HIMSELF.

PLEASE HAVE MOMOS AT MC'LLO RESTAURANT AND TASTE THE DIFFERENCE.

HE DID NOT LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND WHEN CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE HILL NO PROPER RESPONSE.

SERVICE?

I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR THE EXPENSIVE MOMOS WHICH WERE ONLY TASTED.

FOOD CAN BE IMPROVED!!

I THINK ATTITUDE IS PRIORITY!!!!!!!!

Rude staff. Gave cold coffee for an order of hot coffee. Did not bother to provide sugar packets. Did not respond to call. Had to pick it myself. 3 girls running this place and were chit chatting in kitchen area. The serving girl cussed something in local language when I asked to shift table as the seats were uncomfortable. Did not provide bill. Was asked to pay first. And upon payment the server just left,I had to sort multiple bills from the printer and collect mine.

Oh the loo was disgusting. Food particles scattered inside as if someone had thrown food waste there.Extremely...
