I don't even wish to give it one star. I have been to many bars and pubs both in India and abroad, but I have never seen such a substandard place in my life ever. I ordered a 30 ml whiskey, it wasn't even 30 ml. They took 500 Rs from me at the entrance, even though I was with my spouse although money is generally money is charged for stag entry. Then they took the money immediately after I ordered. When I asked them to keep a tab on our orders and we can pay at the end, they told me that the money had to be paid every time we ordered something, which is very weird and really offensive. Why can't they keep a tab just like other decent bars and pubs?
I ordered a paneer tikka as a snack but they didn't serve that even half an hour after I finished my first (also last) drink. I was so tired of them that I asked them to pack it for me.
It was supposed to be "DJ night" but when we went inside the so called lounge we saw that an amateur guy was playing random songs on a laptop, the songs weren't a good choice for a DJ night, the transition between one song to another abrupt, the equipment failed once or twice. To make the place look like a disco they had put lighting which was very irritating to the eyes - the kind if lighting that would give you headache if you sit there for long. The overall service and ambience is so pathetic that I would request people to NOT GO...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the experience we had at your venue. Despite spending a large amount of money, the level of service and the behavior of your staff were shockingly poor , rude , arrogant and threthning.
The DJ was extremely rude and disrespectful. He had no sense of professionalism, ignored our requests, and spoke in a very rude ,arrogant and unacceptable tone.
The manager was rude , uncooperative and careless, making no effort to resolve any issues during the event.
What was most disturbing was the behavior of your bouncers. Their aggressive attitude and threatening behavior actually scared us. This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your venue's standards.
We trusted on you with an important occasion and expected a smooth and respectful experience. Sadly, we got the opposite.
This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional—it’s dangerous and damaging. I hope you take strict action and ensure that no other customer has to go through what we...
Read moreLabooze Cafe is on the way to the Dalai Lama Temple, so if you want to stop in a good restaurant with decent restrooms, this is the place.
The ambience was great and the staff was even courteous. They provided good hospitality. The menu was diverse covering everything from Chinese, Continental, Burgers, Pastas, Sandwiches, Punjabi and there were options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
We ordered Spring Rolls for Starter which was so good. The flavor was amazing and it was crunchy and well-cooked. We then ordered a Veg Burger and a Club Sandwich both of which were served with salad and fries and were also well made. There was good stuffing and both the dishes are worth a try. We drowned our lunch with Masala Cola and Iced Tea both of which were cool and refreshing.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and provided us with a much needed break during our walk to the temple. Would definitely...
