Pizza Hut | Maximus Mall, Dharamshala — Restaurant in Himachal Pradesh

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pizza Hut in Dharmshala, and overall, it was a positive experience. Located in a convenient spot, the restaurant offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal with family or friends. The ambiance is cozy and clean, with a modern yet relaxed vibe. The staff at this location were friendly and attentive. They made sure our orders were taken promptly, and our food was delivered to the table without much delay. The service was efficient, and they were happy to accommodate any special requests. Pizza Hut's menu, as expected, offers a wide variety of pizzas, pasta, and sides. I tried the classic Margherita and a Veggie Supreme. The crust was perfectly crispy on the edges, and the toppings were fresh and generous. The pizza had a good balance of flavors, and the cheese was melty and delicious. For sides, the garlic bread was a standout – warm, flavorful, and well-seasoned.

The only downside was that some of the pizzas seemed a little more oily than I expected, which could be a bit overwhelming for some customers.

The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with staff regularly checking and tidying up tables. The washroom facilities were also clean, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience.

Ordered Pizza Hut treat for 1 ( which includes pan pizza, 2 pc garlic bread, 1 pet Pepsi) and 1 pasta. While I was placing the order they ( Chander) told pet bottle we don’t serve in dine in. I said that it’s ok. First I received garlic bread and Pepsi in glass. After 8 minutes I received pasta and after the 5 minutes of pasta I received pizza. I had my meal in intervals. Just parallel of my table a family having meals and pet bottle was on their table. When I asked the server ( Ankit) about the pet bottle he said that the guest bought from outside. Then the same thing I checked with Chander . He said that that pet bottle guest bought from outside.i asked him do you allow outside items? He said , “no”. Then I asked how you allowed them for their own pet bottle.he offered me pet bottle I refused. In the mall there is no shop where we can buy pet bottle . The staff is telling lie to me. The things are mentioned in the menu please serve accordingly and maintain uniform standards . Really disappointed. I love Pizza Hut since 2008. But you disappointed...

Having tried variety of pizzas all over dharamshala and around, i dont think pizza hut and dominoz hold any ground these days. You have to spend a lot like ₹600 to get a proper pizza that tastes good, below that its not worth it. The service here was quite slow with staff a bit unprofessional, joking and laughing loudly. They served us in about 20mins after receiving the order. Even after spending around ₹800-₹900 here i dont feel satisfied with the quality and ambience. Its better to eat some other place like Niks or Jimmys Italian Kitchen or maybe Joyfull cafe. You'll atleast feel content and relaxed there. If you're in dharamkot there are plenty other options. I would suggest instead of going for a "branded" pizza try some other place with good ratings. Maybe go to Bakes and Brews, they would definitely have something better than this.
