7th Heaven — Restaurant in Howrah

I bought a birthday cake of chocolate excess variety and they gave me an expired one. Seriously my birthday was ruined because of this. I did not expect this kind of service from a brand like 7th heaven. When I complained about the issue they irrationally denied to compensate for their faults. Is this the kind of service 7th heaven provides? Do not even think of buying anything from this shop. They are only intended to loot their customers and supply them stale products. Worst experience faced in my life. Will never forget about this and never think of buying any stuff from here again!. Just pathetic communication skills of the employees as well as the dignity to serve fresh stuff. Awful experience! Again it's my request to u all who are searching for a good place to eat something from just don't consider 7th heaven as an option coz after eating their stuff u could end in a hospital suffering from food poisoning. Since the past two times, whatever I have got is stale. I got a cake and went home and when we cut it and ate it it was so old and hadgot so hard and it tasted to so bad it was as if I felt I would die if I ate it. Then I got a bread the day before yesterday and one corner of the bread was literally black and it had fungus on it. It was stinking from far only. How can someone not check something and give it to me? I could have dies if I had even a si gle bite from that. I have been buyung cakes and stuff since so many years now from there but I will never myself put my foot in that store not let anyone close to me too. I hope you also understand how dangerous it is to eat...

Horrible!! Please spare yourself the time and don't go to this place. At least not for the coffee. They should remove coffee items from their menu. They don't know what an espresso is. Espresso is supposed to be concentrated coffee drink. You cannot pour black colour in hot water and call it espresso. When you give extras as sides, at least ensure that they are edible. The "chips" that they threw in with my grilled cheese corn sandwich was soggy. Probably past its expiry date. The only decent item in their menu is fries and their blueberry cheesecake. So much for an entire epilogue on food...
