I am writing to share my experience at Chai Break Restaurant. I must commend the food, which was truly amazing and exceeded my expectations. However, the level of service did not match the quality of the food. The servers seemed to lack adequate knowledge of the menu, which made it difficult to get proper recommendations or answers to our questions. The most significant issue was the non functional air conditioning. For a brand like Chai Break, not having proper AC, especially on a warm day, completely destroyed the vibe. Sweating throughout the meal made the entire experience significantly less enjoyable, essentially bringing it down to zero. I hope the restaurant management addresses these issues, particularly the staff training and AC maintenance, to ensure a better experience for future diners.
