The entire focus is on serving addicts in the Hookah bar - they have no bandwidth for serving families - to the extent you might not even get plates and water for all your family members , in spite of repeatedly begging the waiters - who are instructed that Hookah has to be serviced first

When we complained about the whole scenario, the lady(happens to be the place in-charge/owner) at the bill desk asked us about the number of items we had, pay the bill and leave.
