Food quality was very poor. And I read a line related to hospitality please remove that because your staff dont even know the meaning of hospitality even I asked the meaning and they were clueless. My experience was so bad that if I start complaining and writing then I could have a couple of pages on it. . I have attached just a pic of salad you served me on the table just have a look on that ( rotten onion ) and when I asked to refill another one, your staff came with 1/4 onion in a bowl kept and left as if I asked his salary. VERY BAD CHOICE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO GO FOR A FAMILY DINNER

The entire focus is on serving addicts in the Hookah bar - they have no bandwidth for serving families - to the extent you might not even get plates and water for all your family members , in spite of repeatedly begging the waiters - who are instructed that Hookah has to be serviced first

Proves that families and druggards cannot be serviced together

When we complained about the whole scenario, the lady(happens to be the place in-charge/owner) at the bill desk asked us about the number of items we had, pay the bill and leave.

Mr Nitesh, the owner, has airs about himself - unapologetic about his pathetic customer service
