Alishan Biryani — Restaurant in Howrah

You wont find any better place than Alishan briyani in howrah region. They have chicken and mutton biryani, they dont sell beef. Chicken biryani will cost you 100₹ and mutton biryani at 140₹. No doubt their biryani taste is awesome but there is a condition and the condition is that the deck container should contain atleast half of the capacity. You cannot find better biryani in the greater Howrah area than this place. I shall refrain from using too many words to describe the food, but here are some points:

-Good fresh oil is used in all their dishes -Chicken and Mutton is cooked to perfection -The famous biryani aloo is just heavenly here, not too dry, not too soggy -Basmati rice is used

I can safely say that this place can give Arsalan, or Shiraz, a run for their money!

Came for lunch with my friends. We loved Biryani which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive for a Biryani lover restaurant.

But the service was below average.

When we arrived at 1.40, we had to wait 10 minutes while they got our table ready.

We ordered Biryani which was the main dish of it and they looked delicious. But, when we tasted them, they were just awesome. With compared to the price we paid is just value of money. We pay 90rs
