Domino's Pizza | Kadamtala, Howrah — Restaurant in Howrah

A reward pending in my GPay account!!! --- said--- free choco lava cake with order above Rs. 300 ----- and that's what pulled me here....

Here's my 3 tragic stories:- 1)....FIRST - Tried placing a home delivery through Domino's Pizza app --- results --- "WE CANNOT DELIVER AT YOUR LOCATION!!! PLEASE SELECT SOME OTHER PLACE!!" .... NOW that was wayy weird as I live in Jagacha!! I have been receiving food orders from all cafe's and restaurants at Howrah as far as Liluah ... It's very logical that Santragachi falls within the radius of service yet not being able to deliver is nothing but deserves a -ve star from my end !!! 2)..... SECOND - then planned to go there and dine-in.... Reached this place.... Staffs were cordial.... Then asked them about the procedure to avail the coupon benefits.... Butttttt PROBLEM AGAIN!! ... The app was not applying the code even after matching all the T&Cs... Then asked the lady staff to take normal order but it was soo kind of her to take that responsibility and she placed my order using that coupon AFTER 4 TRIALS in that same app... 😅... The trick was --- we were selecting the DINE-IN, then the TAKEAWAY, and finally with "DELIVERY" OPTION--- it happened.... But it was SO SILLY to order at the same place for A DELIVERY ORDER!!! LIKE kuch bhi?!!!... 3)....THIRD - then came the payment time!!! Guys do remember to make sure that your bank server is fine before giving the PIN... I was looted because of this only... I don't know for what reason and how terribly my bank was debited of the bill charge without the receipt!!! 😔 But the valid receipt for COD was there... Yet double amount was tricked away from me...

So I am NOT BLAMING THIS PLACE AT ALL... as the service of the staffs were really amazing good and kind!! --- ALL I'M SAYING is that THE SOFTWARE - (DOMINO'S PIZZA APP) needs to be updated with more features 🙏 life becomes tough if such amazing Pizzas are limited by Location OR creates trouble while placing order OR spoils during Checkout option and robs the...

Review 1: dtd 2023:As usual Domino's Pizza best so far in town foodwise, but yes kadamtala branch need to maintain simple things like the chilli flakes holder are rusted some of the lights are flickering and the washroom is unusable

Other than that food was really good.

Review 2: dtd 2024: online order

Never thought I have to pass a comment as this for Domino's Pizza. Anyways.. I ordered online for a meal for 2( Pepper chicken BBQ pizza and Chicken sausage pizza) th3 pepper chicken pizza was ok while the sausage pizza was my worst tasted pizza it tasted like that of a mixture of powdered milk, flour and stale bread. And i suffered a major food poisoning after that night ( although i dnt know the exact reason for that) anyways, this use of old base or something like that occured to me twice or mayb thrice now. Initially thought that it's ok coz sh1t happens sometimes but third time was the charm i think. Anyways try to make ammendment DP. We are expecting a major change particularly no compromise for food. You are a food joint for crying...

It was better to order from home ....a lot better than the dine in option.... Nor they give u a good service , rather they will switch off the AC ,lights all of a sudden when you are just about to eat.

The delivery partners will ask you for your mobile then they will themselves give them a 5 star rating. They believe in self service way too much. Don't bother people, many will just show aristocracy as if they are on top of the world or they might be the best. They won't offer extra tissues . If you have ordered 4 pizzas, they will end up giving only 2 tissues as if only partners can come over here. There were no chilly flakes, only oregano that was too salty... And of course it's self service , take your pizza and eat.

Pros is there is a washroom and a wash basin, but the toilet was not clean, smelling pathetic. The parking area is there , in front of the outlet. It is near Ramrajatala station.

Paneer pizza was not so good, that videshi...
