Went there at social kitchen, the distance was way too far from my house, but seeing their buffet menu in nearby and being a foodie myself, I had to. Sorry to say but am highly disappointed, rather disheartened , not only the quality of the food is below standard but also the staff behavior, I don’t think they understand the actual meaning of Hospitality, ever since we informed them on arrival that we are holding discount coupons from nearby, they started taking us for granted, as if we went there to have free food. Being from a hospitality background myself, I know very well how a guest is to be treated irrespective of his mode of payment, 1400 bucks is also not a matter of joke, for them may be it is, including the reputation of a brand they are representing. The food was over salty, some where tasteless and stale; the rice of the biriyani was undercooked that seemed like poppadums to me, a buffet section which has to be always refilled ran out of food just at around 9pm, WITHOUT ANY REFILL. I mean seriously? Is this a bloody charitable meal that depends on first come first serve basis or we have to run for getting our share of it? I have never ever seen such a hopeless service. A girl named Sukanya forgot to deliver my requested Bread and Cold drink TWICE, she took my order, went and never came back with it, after few minutes I see her serving other guests who may according to her are more revenue generating and thus needs to be looked into carefully. We again had to request another waiter for the same items multiple times. If you ever want to feel like a beggar, visit this place; else pls don’t waste your time on an outlet that is full of ineffective staff who have zero knowledge of hospitality and value for your money too. Exception was 2 waiters who catered to us each time we called them, sorry I forgot their names but on a whole, this is the WORST STAR RATED BUFFET SPREAD I EVER BEEN TO. Neither am I visiting here again nor am I recommending this...

Went there On 18/11/24. We were five including two aged female and a child so we opt for A/C restaurant which was at first floor. At first there A/c was not working so atmosphere was suffocating. Secondly half of the food items were unavailable so We ordered two fish thalis, chicken biryani and butter tandoori roti with chilli chicken. Apart from tandoori roti and chilli chicken all foods were just ok ok. Due to taste of biryani no one touched it so we decided to take away. We asked one of their staff about the same so they directed us to cash counter. Reaching there we came to know that they are charging Rs. 20 for the container which we thought ok. But then they said that only container will be provided by them and we have to pack food in it. To which we again agreed. When my husband went to the counter to collect container, they just gave a plastic tray like something which is not sturdy enough to carry food that also without cover. When we asked about cover , they suggest us to cover it with foil or some plastic that also ourself. They will not help in anything. Also their way of talking was so rude and they are ignoring us as they just want to get rid of that issue. When my husband raised voice about their services then one of their staff started screaming back without bothering about the problem we faced. We then left the biryani intact due to improper packing system. It was our first and last visit there. I know it will not impact their daily sales but their services definitely leaves a negative impression on their customers. It's not about 20 bucks but due to bad service food got wasted which we never do...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Howrah station food court, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The variety of food options available left me spoiled for choice. From Asian delights to hearty Western fare, there was something to satisfy every craving. The ambiance of the food court was vibrant and inviting, with a mix of modern seating and cozy corners. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, as the tables were promptly cleared after each use. One highlight was the local cuisine stall, where I indulged in authentic regional dishes bursting with flavors which included a chat stall, luchi, idly dosha, bara pao stall etc. There is a Domino's Pizza outlet and the service of them is pretty good as the waiting time is less than 15 minutes for each order. The juice point offers a variety of fresh juice along with the seasonal fruit juices. There is a Sundarini naturals sweet shop which has a variety of sweet options. The Mio Amore outlet is also present there. The price range is modarate. It is not so high as well as not cheap. Overall, the station food court proved to be a delightful haven for travelers and locals alike. Whether you're rushing to catch a train or simply looking for a satisfying meal, this culinary gem is worth a visit. Kudos to the diverse range of cuisines and the dedication to culinary excellence!

This is the first time i have been into this Good Plaza,In general i try to avoid this places at any stations actually. But yesterday i have taken the chances to enter this Food Plaza and i was amezed.Very low cost with a good qty a test is also good.Qty was so full that at end i didnt able to finish the whole dish.It was Chicken hakka noodls i have ordered. You can easily come and visit this place with your family and friends. Further to this it is my suggestion to the travelers not to order Biriyani or Egg curry or fish curry.U have to understand certain things from a rules of saftey point of view.As these places are continuously monitored by the food authorities. They are following some protocol whie making these foods, while doing so Food test got compromised. They just cannot use any Mashala or flavours as u test in other food centers.
