My experience at this place was truly wonderful and I feel it deserves special appreciation. From the moment I entered, the environment gave a sense of comfort and cleanliness that immediately made me feel positive. The surroundings are well-maintained, organized, and thoughtfully managed, which shows how much care is taken to ensure visitors have a good time.

One of the strongest points here is the behavior of the staff. They are genuinely polite, respectful, and attentive to every small detail. Whether it is guidance, quick service, or just making sure you feel comfortable, they do it with a smile, and that creates a very welcoming atmosphere. These small gestures often leave a big impression, and I must say the staff here truly know how to treat people well.

Can I give zero rating to this KfC,as we had the most worst experience in this branch of KFC. The compliant is both for the taste of food and also the staff behavior(mainly the staff named Jeet). We ordered rice bowl with chicken piece,and two chicken longer and a mingle bucket. The chicken pieces are so dry and tasteless as if its kind of stocked pieces of 2 days before. The rice bowl was also under cooked with so less quantity (hardly the bowl had half of rice in it). We asked for extra tomato ketchup as chicken pieces were so dry,the staff (Jeet) said we have to pay extra money for each ketchup. And the behavior of the staff were so rude n arrogant,they hardly care of the reputation of KFC. This is not the first time we had been to KFC but was shocked by the behavior of the staff and the food quality. Just that it was near to howrah station and we reached by 9pm we thought of utilizing the time for dinner. But was so disappointed with our decision.
