Gangotri's Sweets & Snacks — Restaurant in Howrah

Had placed an order on zomato for "1kg Gazar ka Halwa" and also called them Instantly to give them the instructions.

Now despite calling them before hand and even requested them very nicely to remove excessive ghee before packing it, they still added extra oil or ghee which I clearly told them that I don't need it... Plus whoever picked up the call was extremely rude and shouted at the top of his voice at me... To justify that whatever they gave me.. That's the best they can do.

But I am sure that they could have done a lot better than this.

Very unprofessional I don't know how will this branch carry the name of such big brand on their shoulder.

While maintaining quality and appropriate price this place is a good place to hang out... With the sitting place, its convenient for many to sit and have anything among the varieties of thing it offers... Along with sweets and snacks its also offers many food items which proved to be a gopd option for children also.. The footfall is also high.... Must...

My favorite sweet shop in Howrah. It has been more than a decade when I started having sweets from this shop. I am a great fan of milk sweets that they offer.... especially the Rasogulla....the fresh ones are remarkably soft. They have expanded to different products as well....now they also offer gift hampers for occasion...
