When a husband and wife entered the restaurant and ordered tea, the staff told them sir you have to sit outside of the restaurant for ordering tea or coffee. They felt insulated and left the restaurant. This is why I dislike the MBA Chai Wala's policy on sitting outside and sipping tea or coffee. The requirement to sit outside when ordering merely tea or coffee must be made clear in big, bold letters outside the restaurant.(but they attached A4 size paper) Alternatively you need to place an order for any food to eat inside the restaurant.

Always have a delightful experience over here. It serves the best tea in kullad. The tea is thick and adrak elachi tea is the best. Apart from this the menu has good variety. From coffee to mojito every food item is here. Sandwich, momos and garlic bread are lip smacking. The service is quick and the staffs are friendly. Located near Ghasbagan (howrah) the place is easy to reach. Reasonable price makes it more attractive๐Ÿ˜

Worst service ever, when we entered inside they told us to that if we are ordering tea or coffee then we have to move outside on the road. Only after ordering snacks you are able to sit inside. We were there for a official meeting and they switched off the A.C so that we have to order first and they only we can sit. Such a terrible service and rude behavior by the staff. If you have opened a chai junction and u r not letting people order that then what is the point of naming your franchise chai wala. Probably this is the reason why seats are always remaining empty in this howrah branch. U guys need to learn some professionalism and...

A Chai shop which doesn't make a good cup of chai would not get featured here, least of all, getting a review from me. But this well-renowned and famous MBA Chaiwala brews one hell of a pot of tea. The only downside I have seen is the open-air area for tea orders. Like one cannot make a decent conversation sitting outside of the premises just because we have only ordered a couple of chais. Will have to try the burgers and bun maska as well to get a better idea of the place. Rate wise, it is very well rounded and the cost doesn't seem to be too high.
