A very bad experience especially with the owner of the shop"Miss Isha". It was a pre ordered booking,advance was also given to them. On the day , the lady staff told me to wait for 10 mins, we waited inspite of the fact it was pre ordered .After waiting for 20 mins , the lady showed us different cake and argued with me.Then I spoke to the owner she told me to again wait for another 20 mins and to resend the cake photo which I told her to make. After waiting for 25 mins , I asked for a concession , she told that she will give a concession of ₹20 of total amount , and also argued with me. She also told me that "this is not customer ethics". So she was expecting that a customer should wait for 1 hr approx and customer should not expect anything from them. A very bad experience , pls don't visit . I had a terrible experience with this bakery. The cake I ordered was stale and completely inedible. To make matters worse, they didn’t even provide the type of cake I requested, which ruined the occasion. It felt like a total waste of money. The quality and service are highly disappointing.
