AB's - Absolute Barbecues | A S Rao Nagar, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Absolute Barbecues, and I was very disappointed with the overall experience. The service was poor, the food was mediocre, and the management was rude and unprofessional.

When we arrived, we were seated at a table and given our menus. We waited for over 15 minutes before a server came to take our drink order. Once we ordered, it took another 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive.

We then placed our food order, and the first round of appetizers arrived relatively quickly. However, the food was not very good. The chicken was dry and overcooked, and the fish was bland and tasteless.

We waited for over an hour for our main course to arrive. When it finally did, it was cold and overcooked. We complained to our server, but she was unapologetic and simply said that she would bring us a new plate of food.

The new plate of food arrived a few minutes later, but it was just as bad as the first one. We were so disappointed with the food and service that we decided to leave without eating dessert.

When we asked to speak to the manager, he was rude and dismissive. He told us that we were being too picky and that the food was fine. He refused to give us a refund, and he told us that we should never come back to his restaurant.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Absolute Barbecues. The food was poor, the service was terrible, and the management was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Horrible experience. We went today afternoon as a family and the experience is so bad that we will never visit again. Manas, the branch manager is outright rude and kept on shouting when we asked for a different table as we were argueseated very close to wish grill. The entire setup of ABS itself is weird and not comfortable for the servers to serve us food. Priya, our waitress is very understanding and quickly responded to our requests. But one other guy in black is so rude and shouting. We asked for a menu he recklessly replied whatever is served that’s your menu. Seriously dude ? Don’t we want to know what items we are eating ? The grill itself is namesake. The food doesn’t even get grilled properly. Leave the grill, the food won’t even heat up. After multiple requests they put extra coal and the food was warm enough to eat. The music was too loud that I have to shout and tell my requirements to Priya. . “Barbecue Nation” is always very welcoming and make us to feel good. But ABS is so worst in treating the guests. We thought of leaving only, then Priya convinced us to stay. Then came the billing process and the same black dress dude argued with us. our child is nine years and he didn’t believe when I said he is a kid. Out of frustration I asked him should I show his birth certificate and this guy he replied , yes please , then I showed him the birth certificate and then he believed and made the bill. Then the food quality. It was so average nothing great. The fish was good. And we have to wait ages to get repeated serving of chicken wings. THERFORE WE ARE NEVER EVER GOING TO VISIT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. AS USUAL WE WILL GOTO...

This is regarding food served in Absolute Barbeque, Dr.AS Rao Nagar, Secunderabad.

Visited today with 2 Veg buffet booking. We felt like many items from the food are stale / not fresh. E.g: paneer, breas, roti/Naan, curd, gulab Jamun etc..

I requested Telangana State Food Safety to kindly conduct quick inspection today (if possible) to find the quality immediately.

P.S: Due to the quality of food concern, we left the place in the middle. However, the restaurant has happily charged fully.

I visited AS Rao Nagar Branch on Friday (4-Nov) for dinner with my family. The food tatse was horrible and they used sub-standard material.

Just few examples: Paneer is like like rubber, the grilled items were burnt and cold before they served it on our table. Roti was half cooked.

The staff's hospitality was very good, they were trying to check with us if they can get something else but it was late already as we moved on to main course and finished the dinner quickly.

I would have given 0 rating if there is an option.
