Amoroso has a promising menu with good-tasting food, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. While the Pesto Fettuccine Pasta and Cheesy Garlic Bread were enjoyable, the overall dining experience was marred by multiple service issues.

The dishes were brought out separately and with delays, making the meal feel disjointed. The staff, including both waiters and managers, seemed overwhelmed and uninformed. A particular disappointment was the Sunrise Mocktail - I had specifically asked if it would be made with fresh orange juice, and the waiter assured me it would. However, when it arrived, it tasted like Maaza. Upon questioning the manager, it was revealed that they had used Real fruit juice (canned) with an added orange syrup, which had settled at the bottom, making the drink feel poorly prepared.

There were also issues with attentiveness. A frappe I ordered was completely forgotten until I reminded them, and when it finally arrived, it came with a wooden straw that had lipstick marks on it—an unacceptable lapse in hygiene. Additionally, we ordered a pink sauce pasta based on the waiter's recommendation, only to find that it tasted exactly like Butter Chicken gravy, not a proper pink sauce.

The Classic Margherita at Amoroso is an absolute delight! The thin crust is perfectly crispy and light, and the balance between the fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil is on point. Amoroso Cafe has a perfect blend of ambiance with spacious indoors and outdoors, this cafe is perfect for a peaceful evening. We had a wonderful time, food we ordered was fresh and flavourful. This place is perfect for families especially with kids since they have a separate play zone. A few dishes seem to be overpriced for the quantity served but with the taste, price isn’t a problem. Overall, we loved the time we spent and would definitely recommend a visit with your loved ones and friends.
